Common questions
What happens after the free trial?
You move to the Free plan automatically. With 15 does or fewer you carry on as normal, with no payment. With more, all your data stays and you can view it, but recording pauses until you subscribe or bring the does down.
Why is summer free on the Large plan?
Because in the heat mating drops and so does income, so it makes no sense to pay as in the rest of the year. Large is paid twice a year (October and April), and July, August and September come free inside the second half.
Do I need internet all the time?
You need a connection while recording, but Zemam is light and works well even on a weak signal at the farm.
Can my workers use it?
Yes. Give each worker an account and choose what they can see and record — you can hide the money, for example.
Can I change plans later?
Of course. If the farm grows, upgrade any time — message us on WhatsApp and we switch it straight away.
Can my data get lost?
No. Zemam never deletes a record; even a doe that leaves or dies keeps her full history.
